Description

You will characterize, debug, and improve the performance and scalability of SAP applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and apply performance benchmarks for SAP systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis using profiling tools.
• Execute performance tests in automated environments and analyze results.
• Design and run experiments to measure the impact of system changes.
• Participate in architecture reviews to ensure engineering quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• Strong background in performance testing of SAP applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and SQL query tuning.
• Extensive experience with JVM tuning techniques.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Proficiency with relational and in-memory databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or SAP BTP optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git code management.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and O-Notation.
