Description

You will design and execute performance benchmarks to characterize and improve the scalability of SAP applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply performance benchmarks to identify bottlenecks and drive system scalability improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis using profiling tools to evaluate the performance impacts of system changes.
• Plan and execute performance tests within automated environments to ensure engineering quality.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to validate performance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or performance engineering.
• Deep experience in performance testing of SAP applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in performance-tuning SQL queries and JVM tuning techniques.
• Experience using performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or SAP BTP platform optimization.
• Knowledge of Kibana, HANA DB cockpit, and relational or in-memory databases.
