Description

You will own performance testing, troubleshooting, and analysis for software applications and business segments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and apply performance and scalability benchmarks.
• Characterize, debug, and improve system performance within cross-functional teams.
• Use profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis.
• Plan and execute performance tests using automated testing environments.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to own quality perspectives for complex solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• Proven experience in performance testing of SAP applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in SQL query performance tuning and JVM tuning techniques.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and end-to-end root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant major.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP components including APIM, CPI, CAI, and SAP DI.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or cloud-based platform performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
