Description

You will own the end-to-end performance optimization and monitoring of SAP systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP systems to identify bottlenecks and fine-tune configurations for optimal responsiveness.
• Design and execute load tests and benchmark tests to simulate user scenarios against industry standards.
• Implement monitoring tools, alerts, and proactive measures to track key metrics and detect issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and administration teams to review custom code, SQL queries, and hardware resource alignment.
• Develop capacity planning models and maintain documentation for testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP performance engineering.
• Deep expertise in SAP system analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in performance testing and load testing execution.
• Strong ability in performance analysis to identify system bottlenecks.
• Proficiency in tracking and interpreting key metrics.
• Experience reviewing custom code and SQL queries for optimization.
• Ability to manage SAP upgrades, patches, and new releases.
