Description

You will own SAP system performance analysis, fine-tuning, and capacity planning. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SAP systems to identify bottlenecks and fine-tune configurations and parameters.
• Design and execute load tests and benchmark tests to simulate user scenarios against industry standards.
• Develop capacity planning models and collaborate with infrastructure teams to align hardware resources.
• Investigate performance issues by reviewing custom code and SQL queries with development teams.
• Implement monitoring tools and alerts to detect critical performance threshold breaches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP performance engineering.
• Proficiency in performance analysis and capacity planning.
• Experience with load testing and system benchmarking.
• Ability to plan and execute system upgrades.
• Experience tracking and reporting on key metrics.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with developers, administrators, and stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.
