Description

You will own the performance and scalability assessment for SAP systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and apply performance and scalability benchmarks for SAP environments.
• Characterize, debug, and improve system performance within cross-functional teams.
• Devise and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impact of system changes.
• Plan and execute performance tests using automated environments and analyze results.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews, owning quality perspectives for complex solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance testing of SAP applications.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages: Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, or C++.
• Experience with performance testing tools: LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Experience in data analysis, visualization, end-to-end performance, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning SQL queries.
• Extensive hands-on experience with JVM tuning techniques.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP Platform.
