Description

You will own the end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for SAP systems, from initial planning through final analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete performance testing strategy and execution phases.
• Identify performance risks and develop actionable mitigation plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues using hands-on expertise.
• Conduct load and disaster recovery (DR) tests using LoadRunner.
• Lead triage calls with cross-functional teams to address performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SAP performance testing.
• Proficiency in scripting with LoadRunner.
• Experience using APM tools to monitor and analyze application performance.
• Ability to perform load and disaster recovery (DR) testing.
• Strong client communication skills for handling end-to-end testing strategies.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recommending system optimizations based on test findings.
