Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP performance testing strategy and execution for S/4HANA transformation programs
• Define performance test approach, workload modelling, execution planning, and reporting
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders, project teams, and delivery leadership
• Drive test planning, execution management, bottleneck analysis, and performance tuning discussions
• Provide regular status reports, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure testing coverage across integrated SAP landscapes and critical business processes

Required Experience

• Strong experience in SAP Performance Testing for S/4HANA programs
• Expertise in end-to-end performance test planning and execution
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar tools
• Experience managing customer communication and executive reporting
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced transformation environment
• Strong coordination and leadership skills

Preferred

• Experience in large enterprise transformation programs
• Exposure to SAP Basis / SAP Architecture performance considerations
• Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
