Description

Lead end-to-end SAP performance testing strategy and execution for S/4HANA transformation programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define performance test approach, workload modelling, execution planning, and reporting.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders, project teams, and delivery leadership.
• Drive test planning, execution management, bottleneck analysis, and performance tuning discussions.
• Ensure testing coverage across integrated SAP landscapes and critical business processes.
• Provide regular status reports, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Performance Testing for S/4HANA programs.
• Expertise in end-to-end performance test planning and execution.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage customer communication and executive reporting.
• 5+ years of working experience.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to SAP Basis / SAP Architecture performance considerations.
