Description

Architect and oversee complex SAP Pl2Pr solutions, focusing on Master Production Scheduling within the Aerospace & Defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Design scheduling logic for Rate, Takt, Positions, Manufacturing Stations, and Shop Floor Bird farm.
• Manage complex production line scenarios including forward, backward, and multi-position scheduling.
• Architect solutions for multi-plant operations, including STO handling and schedule re-firing.
• Implement SAP functionality for final assembly, complex manufacturing, and parameter effectivity.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP experience.
• Expertise in Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
• Deep understanding of A&D industry scheduling requirements (OTD, EIS).
• Proficiency in Project Systems (PS) and Logistics (Network, Reference Pointers, BoM-PS Explosion).
• Experience with Flat MBoM, Installation Parts (MPS Part), and Phantom structures.
• Knowledge of MRP simulation and Capacity Planning.
• Experience managing Effectivity Sales Orders for End Items.
