Description

Lead end-to-end manufacturing design and integration for SAP S/4HANA environments in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering with business process owners using Business-Driven Configuration Assessments.
• Design and build Workshop A system demos and presentation decks based on assessment outcomes.
• Document end-to-end manufacturing designs and facilitate integration testing.
• Manage material master data mapping and conversion from legacy systems to SAP, including troubleshooting.
• Oversee production control and scheduling, including PLM to S/4 and S/4 to MES/MOM integrations.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Deep knowledge of Material Data Governance (MDG) and Production Planning modules.
• Expertise in Demand to Plan (DTP) processes, including MRP, MPS, and Pegging (Project Stock, PMMO/GPD).
• Proficiency in MTO planning strategies, Use-up, Interplant, ROP, and Capacity Planning.
• Strong understanding of BoMs, Routings, and WBS-based planning with Networks and MRP.
• Experience with PLM to S/4 integration (MBoM, Routing, Component Allocation, ECN).
• Knowledge of Inventory Warehouse Management (IWM) and EWM SAP Best Practices.

Preferred Skills

• Quality Management (QM) integration with MES systems.
• Shipping Transportation Management (STM) and Global Trade Services (GTS) integration.
