SAP Plan to Produce Solution Architect

You will lead the end-to-end manufacturing design and integration for SAP S/4HANA implementations within the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with business process owners using Business-Driven Configuration Assessments.
• Develop system demos and presentation decks based on assessment outcomes.
• Document end-to-end manufacturing design and facilitate integration testing.
• Manage material master data mapping and conversion from legacy systems to SAP, including troubleshooting.
• Oversee PLM to S/4 integration and S/4 to MES/MOM shop floor execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Deep Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience.
• Expertise in Material Master (Manufacturing focus) and Material Data Governance (MDG).
• Proficiency in Demand to Plan (DTP) including MRP, MPS, and Pegging (Project Stock, PMMO/GPD).
• Hands-on experience with MTO Planning Strategies, Use-up, Interplant, ROP, and Lead Time Scheduling.
• Technical knowledge of Co-products, Subcontracting, Capacity Planning, and Variable size planning.
• Experience with BoMs, Routings, WBS-based planning, and Networks with MRP.
• Knowledge of Production Control & Scheduling (PCS) and Inventory Warehouse Management (IWM/EWM) SAP Best Practices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Quality Management (QM) and integration with MES.
• Knowledge of Shipping Transportation Management (STM) and Global Trade Services (GTS).
