Description

You will manage and support SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Integrated Asset Management (IAM) solutions to support critical maintenance processes and business KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues related to asset maintenance.
• Configure SAP EAM and IAM solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Partner with developers to design, code, and implement custom or complex technical solutions.
• Execute system tests to verify solution effectiveness and oversee deployment to production environments.
• Provide user support, ad-hoc training, and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance Module, and S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience in Asset Lifecycle Management and preventive maintenance using SAP EAM.
• Proficiency in SAP EAM configuration.
• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and integrations with MM, FI, and CO modules.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA application operations support or project implementation within Enterprise Asset Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Master Data Governance (MDG), or SAP EAM Extensions such as Utopia.
• Knowledge of ITIL management practices and Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP Work Manager and SAP Asset Manager.
• Technical expertise in ABAP code analysis, low-code development, SAP Security, or automation.
