Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules within S/4HANA environments. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize maintenance processes, and ensure seamless integration with MM, FI, CO, and PP modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PM implementation, including fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and functional specification development.
• Configure and customize SAP PM, QM, MM, and PP modules to support inspection, maintenance, repair, and return-to-vendor processes.
• Design and implement custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms related to plant maintenance.
• Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO, PP) and perform system configuration for global rollouts.
• Analyze and optimize preventive, breakdown, and inspection processes to improve equipment uptime and reliability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience implementing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in all SAP PM areas: inspection, maintenance, and repair.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Strong configuration skills for SAP PM, QM, MM, and PP modules.
• Proven experience in global SAP R/3 project implementation, rollout, and Go-Live support.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP PM and MM, FI, CO, and PP.
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging and SAP data structures (optional but helpful).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Quality Management processes, including master data, quality notifications, and audit reports.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to design and optimize workflows.
