Description

You will lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) in S/4HANA environments, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PM module implementation, including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP PM modules, ensuring seamless integration with MM, FI, CO, and PP.
• Design and implement custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms for plant maintenance processes.
• Optimize equipment uptime and reliability by developing workflows for preventive, breakdown, and inspection maintenance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience implementing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in all areas of SAP PM, including inspection, maintenance, and repair.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM configuration, customization, and enhancement.
• Proficiency in Quality Management processes, including Quality Planning, Inspection, Control, and notifications.
• Experience with Return to Vendor processes, Quality Certificates, and Audit/Risk Assessment Reports.
• Ability to design master data strategies for Quality Management and PM.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ABAP debugging and understanding of SAP data structures.
