Description

You will manage the product lifecycle for SAP Plant Maintenance modules within a CPG environment.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories and refine product backlogs.
• Coordinate and prioritize conflicting requirements across stakeholders.
• Apply agile development practices to software development lifecycles.
• Manage project workflows using Azure DevOps or Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or project management.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience with agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management principles.
• Familiarity with SAP S4 or similar ERP systems, specifically CMMS/maintenance modules.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
