Description

Lead the definition, analysis, design, and implementation of PLM processes within an SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP PLM modules including Engineering Record, Workflow, and Global process route templates.
• Manage Agent mapping for process routes and implement Engineering Change Management (ECM).
• Execute end-to-end configuration and testing for SAP PLM components.
• Design and implement solutions for Recipe Development, Product Versioning, and Document Management Systems (DMS).
• Analyze and optimize BOM, Master Recipe, and DIR processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design, and implementation.
• Deep expertise in SAP PLM, specifically within PDM and PPM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PLM EHS S4, including Specification Management.
• Proficiency in Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Document Management Systems (DMS).
• Technical knowledge of BOM, Master Recipe, and Document Info Records (DIR).
• Experience with Classification Systems, including Classes, Characteristics, and Object Dependencies.
• Background working in Pharma Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or medical-related industries.

• Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
