Description

You will own the design and implementation of SAP PLM solutions, focusing on Product Data and Engineering Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product Data and Structure Management, ensuring accurate material BOMs and cross-functional integration with MTI.
• Lead Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Document Management (DMS) workflows to maintain compliance and version control.
• Integrate CAD, PDM, and CAx systems with SAP PLM to streamline data flow between design and production.
• Configure Product Classification and Variant Management to support complex manufacturing requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration and workflow management across quality, compliance, and production teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of functional experience in SAP PLM.
• Deep expertise in Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Product Data Structure Management.
• Proficiency in Document Management (DMS) and CAD/PDM/CAx integration.
• Experience with Product Classification and Variant Configuration.
• Knowledge of Quality & Compliance Management within PLM processes.
• Ability to manage Manufacturing Integration (PLM ↔ Production) and material BOMs.
• Strong background in collaboration and workflow management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Cross-functional experience with MTI and complex material structures.
