Description

You will drive the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PLM processes within a life sciences or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PLM process definitions, including Engineering Records, workflows, and global process route templates.
• Configure SAP PLM modules including EHS, ECM, DMS, and BOM classification systems.
• Manage recipe synchronization to BOM, including ECM for recipe changes and specification management.
• Create Functional Specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for Technical Specification development.
• Execute data conversion using BODS and manage CAD integration for drawings and DMS configuration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design, and implementation.
• Extensive experience with SAP PLM S/4HANA modules: EHS (Specification & Recipe Management), ECM, DMS, and BOM.
• Proficiency in configuring Engineering Records, workflows, and agent mapping in Fiori/Web UI.
• Deep knowledge of BOM classification systems, including classes, characteristics, and object dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PDM and SAP PPM.
• Ability to manage change through workflows for materials, packaging specifications, and component design mapping.
• Experience with item management, approvals, and PPM role-based security design.

Preferred Skills

• Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences, or medical-related industries.
