Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PLM, PDM, and PPM solutions within the life sciences or pharma manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PLM processes, including Engineering Change Management (ECM), Document Management (DMS), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Configure Engineering Records, workflows, and global process route templates, including agent mapping and decision activities.
• Manage recipe synchronization to BOM, covering Master, Plant, Experimental, and General recipes.
• Develop functional specifications (FS) and coordinate technical specification (TS) creation with ABAP teams.
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues and resolve system integration errors.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design, and implementation.
• Deep expertise in SAP PLM modules: Recipe Development, Product Versioning, BOM alternates, and DIR.
• Advanced configuration of EHS (Specification Management, Phrase Management, Property Tree) and Classification Systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PPM, Business Partner configurations, and PPM documents.
• Proficiency in configuring workflows within Fiori Web UI and managing Change Management for materials and packaging.
• Experience with data conversion using BODS and integration with third-party tools like xECM/Open Text or Seal Systems.
• Technical knowledge of SAP Frontend Applications including UI5 (Fiori) and NWBC.
• Knowledge of Agile SDK, PX, Events, WSX, ACS, Agile Import/Export, and data loads.
• Familiarity with designing WWI Reports and Global Label Management (GLM).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PPM reporting in BW and dashboard formatting.
• Knowledge of Agile, SDK, PX, Events, WSX, ACS, and ACP.
