Description

Lead the definition, analysis, design, and implementation of PLM processes within a life sciences or pharma manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP PLM modules including Recipe Development, Product Versioning, Master Recipe, and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
• Manage end-to-end workflow configurations in Fiori Web UI, covering decision activities, agent mapping, and rule-based template determination.
• Execute synchronization of recipes to BOMs and manage specification management via value assignment types, classes, and characteristics.
• Design functional specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP teams for technical specification (TS) creation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues and system integration errors.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design, and implementation.
• Expertise in SAP PLM, PDM, and PPM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EHS (Specification Management, Phrase Management, Property Tree).
• Deep knowledge of DMS, BOM, and Classification Systems (Classes, Characteristics, Object Dependencies).
• Proficiency in configuring Engineering Records, Global process route templates, and workflow status determination.
• Experience with data conversion using BODS and integration of PPM documents with folders.
• Technical knowledge of SAP Frontend Applications including UI5 (Fiori) and NWBC.
• Experience in Pharma Manufacturing, Life Science, or medical-related industries.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile SDK, PX, Events, WSX, ACS, and Agile Import/Export.
• Familiarity with Seal Systems, xECM/Open Text, and Global Label Management (GLM).
