SAP PLM

You will lead SAP PLM implementation and integration workstreams within Aerospace & Defense manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the PLM workstream solution and its integration with other value streams in both Open and Closed security areas.
• Execute integration between Teamcenter PLM and S/4 HANA.
• Lead workshop preparation including requirements management, process flows, and system demonstrations.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks specific to the workstream solution.
• Oversee configuration, documentation, authorization, security, and test planning for standard and custom objects.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with SAP Manufacturing Prototype in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) environments.
• Expertise in PLM to S/4 HANA integration scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter to S/4 HANA integration.
• Deep understanding of Date and Parameter Effectivity for MBoM, Routings, and Component Allocation.
• Proficiency in S/4 HANA, including Work Centers, BoMs, and Routings.
• Experience managing Revision and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
• Proven ability to manage rapid SAP deployment scenarios in Low and High security areas.
• Ability to handle Change Management, Reporting, and Key Decision Documentation.
• Any graduate degree.
