Description

Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and configure SAP PM module for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Implement maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and scheduling workflows.
• Troubleshoot PM-related issues and provide technical solutions.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing; support end-user training and documentation.
• Manage incident handling, change requests, and compliance with audit standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP PM module configuration and customization.
• Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA environment implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Equipment Master, and Functional Locations.
• Experience with LSMW, BDC, and IDoc interfaces for data migration.
• Understanding of PM integration with MM, PP, and FI modules.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading PM implementation projects and managing stakeholder communication.
• Ability to mentor teams and share knowledge on complex maintenance scenarios.
