Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert for asset management solutions, driving the configuration and implementation of SAP PM/EAM modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure key components including preventive, breakdown, corrective, refurbishment, and calibration maintenance.
• Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor maintenance performance.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results while providing end-user training.
• Manage master data migration activities and identify gaps to implement workaround solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP integrations, performing root cause analysis and log analysis to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior consultants and guide business users on asset management best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP PM / EAM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori apps.
• Proven knowledge of rollout methodologies.
• Experience with master data migration within SAP PM/EAM.
• Ability to design functional specifications and test documentation.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA changes specific to PM/EAM.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• S/4HANA or SAP PM / EAM certification.
• Experience in the Utility industry.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
