Description

• Participate in SAP PP/PM implementation, rollout, and support projects
• Configure PP (Discrete & REM) and PM functionalities
• Manage PP/PM master data and order lifecycles
• Integrate with MM, QM, FI/CO, and MES systems
• Conduct requirement gathering, testing, and end-user training
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for enhancements
• Handle data migration using LTMC, LSMW, and BDC tools and support cutover activities
• Support interfaces including IDoc, BAPI, API and enhancements such as user exits, BAdIs, SAP Notes
• Use ServiceNow and CHARMs for incident and change management

Key Performance Indicators:

• Timely completion of SAP PP/PM implementation and support tasks
• SLA-compliant resolution of support tickets using tools like ServiceNow
• Accurate configuration and documentation of PP/PM processes
• Effective integration with SAP modules (MM, QM, FI/CO, MES)
• Proper use of ServiceNow/CHARMs for incident and change management
• Adoption of S/4HANA and Fiori applications

Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Certification in PP and/or PM (preferred)
• SSAM Certification or Asset Management experience (good to have)
• Minimum 1 full-cycle implementation or end-to-end rollout in SAP PP/PM
• Experience (2+ years) in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or plant operations
• Strong understanding of shop floor processes, maintenance operations, and production planning cycles
