Description

Provide L2/L3 production support for the SAP PM module, ensuring system stability and process continuity for maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident, problem, and change requests for SAP PM, troubleshooting notifications, work orders, and maintenance plans.
• Resolve issues related to equipment, functional locations, and task lists, supporting both preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Perform root cause analysis and configure minor SAP PM objects to implement fixes and process improvements.
• Support integration points with MM, FI/CO, and WM/EWM, assisting with maintenance costing and settlements during month-end.
• Maintain functional documentation and SOPs, while providing user training and coordinating with offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM production support.
• Deep understanding of maintenance processes in manufacturing or utilities environments.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Orders, Notifications, and Plans.
• Experience with Measuring Points, Counters, and Task Lists.
• Knowledge of PM integration with MM and FI/CO modules.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in support shifts and on-call rotations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Ability to interact effectively with business users and cross-functional teams.
