Description

You will lead the implementation of PM-Pro precious metals management software at the Brewster, NY plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM-Pro implementation and identify integration points, touch points, and hooks within SAP.
• Collaborate with finance and SAP applications teams to ensure system alignment and smooth integration.
• Develop training materials and deliver sessions to facilitate user adoption of PM-Pro and SAP integration.
• Assist in disaster planning and recovery strategies to maintain business continuity and data integrity.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to gather requirements.
• Configure, customize, and optimize PM-Pro to meet organizational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing and integrating SAP solutions.
• Direct experience with precious metals management software, specifically EPM Pro or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of SAP modules and integration points within finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing successful implementation and integration projects.
• Ability to develop technical documentation and disaster recovery plans.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and end-user training.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
