Description

Manage and optimize plant maintenance operations using the SAP S/4HANA system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant maintenance within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Manage maintenance orders, including scheduling, tracking, and completion.
• Enforce work clearance procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related system and operational issues.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in plant maintenance or related SAP roles.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for plant maintenance operations.
• Expertise in Work Clearance Management within a plant environment.
• Strong background in Maintenance Order Management.
• Knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
• SAP S/4HANA certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with equipment management and spare parts inventory management.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
• Background in plant operations and maintenance project management.
