Description

You will provide functional and technical support for the SAP Plant Maintenance module.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional and technical specifications for delta designs and tools supporting SAP PM.
• Execute system configuration and customizing for maintenance plants following best practices.
• Configure logistic master data including PM Materials, Assembly, Serial Number, BOM, Task Lists, Measuring Points, Counters, Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans.
• Set up maintenance processes for Breakdown, Corrective, Performance-Based, Time-Based, Refurbishment, External Service Management, and Calibration.
• Lead testing and defect resolution within the SAP PM module.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Deep knowledge of SAP PM business processes, solution design, and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP, QM, and MM integration points.
• Proficiency in Maintenance Planning and technical objects (CS-BD/PM-EQM).
• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance (Task lists and Maintenance Planning).
• Experience managing maintenance processing, including notifications, orders, capacity requirements planning, and completion confirmations.
• Knowledge of Maintenance History, Work Clearance Management (WCM), and Maintenance and Customer Service (MCB).
• Ability to manage Information Systems for reporting, planning, and data collection.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
