You will lead the implementation of SAP PS and PMMO modules for an S/4HANA project in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of SAP PS and PMMO modules for S/4HANA projects.
• Propose solution improvements, gap resolution strategies, and design estimates for enhancements.
• Develop project plans, system designs, and requirements specifications.
• Coordinate with offshore and offsite global teams to deliver SAP services.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP PS experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• SAP PMMO experience OR 5+ years of GPD experience with at least one customer go-live.
• Deep knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Assembly Processing.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with global, distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• ECC or S/4HANA SAP PS certification.

Requirements: -Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Assembly Processing -SAP PMMO experience (5+ years of GPD experience in lieu of PMMO experience including at least 1 customer go-live) -5+ years of SAP PS experience with a minimum of 1 lifecycle implementation of SAP -Ability to work/coordinate with offshore/offsite teams located in global locations and delivering SAP services -Propose solution improvements and gaps resolution strategies, providing design estimates for enhancements, project plans, systems designs, requirements specifications -Excellent problem solving skills and ability to do root cause analysis to eliminate repeat occurrence of issues -Excellent communication skills -ECC or S/4HANA SAP PS certification a plus
