Description

You provide functional support, troubleshooting, and minor enhancements for SAP PM/QM modules in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PM and QM modules.
• Lead, configure, and maintain PM master data and QM inspection plans, lots, and results.
• Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes based on business needs.
• Analyze and resolve incidents within SLA timelines, monitoring system health.
• Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base for recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM and QM modules.
• Mandatory proficiency level of 4+ in SAP PM/QM.
• Experience in AMS support projects and incident management tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning, notifications, work orders, and quality inspection processes.
• Knowledge of integration points with MM, PP, and SD.
• Ability to analyze ABAP logs and coordinate with technical teams.
• Experience ensuring data integrity and adherence to IT security requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in related functional areas.
• Any Graduate.
