Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Production Planning and APO modules across manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP PP for new rollouts and support existing configurations for in-house production, including receipts, consumption, and transfers.
• Manage recipes, Bills of Materials, and integration with MES systems.
• Execute PPDS tasks including detailed scheduling, process order scheduling, and asset capacity planning.
• Design technical solutions by gathering requirements and creating detailed functional specifications for RICEF solutions.
• Coordinate with ABAP developers and manage unit and regression testing in development environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP and SAP APO.
• Expertise in SAP PP configuration for manufacturing processes.
• Deep knowledge of PPDS, including detailed scheduling and co-product/by-product management.
• Experience with SAP APO Demand & Supply Planning and the APO planning board.
• Ability to design technical solutions and document functional specifications.
• Experience collaborating with ABAP developers for custom solutions.
• Proficiency in managing the full development lifecycle and testing processes.

• Drive continuous improvement requests and maintain system reliability according to service level agreements.
