Description

Lead SAP implementation and deployment across global supply chain networks and manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing, training, and deployment activities across multiple workstreams and business units.
• Support the change management team with global supply chain training and deployment.
• Develop and track critical metrics to monitor implementation success.
• Assist in the execution of integrated SAP systems and business processes across all plants and mills.
• Provide hyper care support during the transition to new environments.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of diversified business process and operational knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with full life cycle SAP S4 or MES implementations.
• Proven expertise in project management and on-site SAP deployment.
• Deep understanding of supply chain functional workstreams and processes.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to travel up to 75% if not based in Atlanta.
