Description

You will provide on-site manufacturing support and real-time troubleshooting for SAP production processes in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on the shop floor in real-time.
• Collaborate with the support team to triage and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance workflows and user experience.
• Support functional design and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP manufacturing enhancements.
• Provide over-the-shoulder training and act as a super user to guide new users.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) or Quality Management (QM).
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and real-time issue resolution experience.
• Proven ability to conduct end-user training and communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose, CA, five days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP PEO.
• Experience with SAP WM/EWM.
