Description

Lead end-to-end SAP PP-PI design, build, test, and deployment in an S/4HANA implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive PP-PI solution architecture and integration best practices, aligning with business needs and S/4HANA standards.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops, requirement gathering, and solution validation for manufacturing processes.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues across batch management, process orders, BOMs, routing, recipes, and work centers.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and coordinate with business users and technical teams.
• Manage AMS operations including SLA/KPI compliance, incident/problem/change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP-PI functional consulting.
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA implementation and best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP Transform and Global Label Management (GLM) configuration.
• Experience with MES integrations and label printing troubleshooting (barcode, QR, RFID, GS1, serialization).
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ticket trend analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple MES systems.
• Familiarity with SAP’s own label solutions.
