Description

Lead SAP S/4HANA Production Planning implementations with a focus on MES integration in complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain integration points between SAP MES and PP, PS, QM, MM, FI, and CO components.
• Integrate shop-floor systems including Automation Control Systems, SCADA, and Historians.
• Conduct business process workshops and perform functional analysis.
• Create and maintain HR qualifications within the system.
• Apply industry best practices from Aerospace, Defense, Discrete Manufacturing, and shipbuilding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP and S/4HANA.
• Proven expertise in MES integration.
• Experience with SAP Implementation Methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP CAM and Shop Floor Automation.
• Experience with S/4HANA project lifecycles.
• Background in heavy or complex manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP DMC offerings.
