Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of process orders within SAP PP-PI environments, ensuring seamless integration between production planning, logistics, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full process order lifecycle, including complex quantity calculations and batch management.
• Execute Process Management (PM) by integrating control recipes and process instructions with Manufacturing Execution systems.
• Coordinate integration between SAP PP-PI and EWM logistics, handling staging processes and creating staging requests upon order release.
• Manage batch classification and integrate Quality Management (QM) process triggers at key decision points.
• Integrate shop floor information from process orders with external scheduling teams to align production activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP-PI implementation or support.
• Deep knowledge of Process Management (PM) and control recipe integration.
• Experience with EWM logistics integration and staging logic.
• Proficiency in quantity calculations and batch management within SAP.
• Experience with batch classification and QM process integration trigger points.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Skills in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or Fiori app design.
