Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of process orders within SAP PP-PI environments, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing execution systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete process order lifecycle, including quantity calculations and staging requests upon order release.
• Integrate Process Management (PM) using control recipes and process instructions with Manufacturing Execution systems.
• Coordinate integration between PP-PI and EWM logistics to streamline material flow.
• Handle batch management, classification, and shop floor information integration for external scheduling teams.
• Manage QM process integration at specific trigger points to ensure quality compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP-PI.
• Expertise in Process Management (PM) integration.
• Experience with quantity calculations and process order lifecycles.
• Hands-on knowledge of EWM logistics integration.
• Proficiency in batch management and classification.
• Ability to manage staging processes and staging requests.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BTP or Fiori app design.
