Description

You will stabilize and support S/4HANA post-go-live operations, focusing on incident resolution, defect handling, and process optimization for SAP PP-PI and QM modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement sustainable fixes to ensure minimal business disruption.
• Support SAP PP-PI processes including process orders, recipe management, MRP, batch management, and production execution.
• Configure and support SAP QM processes such as inspection planning, quality notifications, usage decisions, and batch quality management.
• Manage and resolve production-critical incidents across PP-PI and QM, collaborating with ABAP and integration teams for issue resolution.
• Lead workshops for requirement gathering and drive defect closure with long-term fixes rather than temporary workarounds.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with SAP PP-PI and QM modules.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA stabilization and hypercare support.
• Strong functional knowledge of production planning, process manufacturing, and quality management.
• Proven ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and drive incident resolution.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams (ABAP) and business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead requirement gathering workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with batch management and production integration in S/4HANA.
• Background in driving process improvements and system performance optimization.
