Description

Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions for manufacturing operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP functionalities including MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.
• Ensure integration between PP and other SAP modules such as QM, MM, EWM, and MES systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle including SIT/UAT testing, deployment, documentation, and defect resolution.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and drive continuous improvements for manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with business, production, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and ensure compliance with SOX, FDA, and Agile standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP PP solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP).
• Deep knowledge of MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Capacity Planning.
• Experience integrating SAP PP with QM, MM, and EWM modules.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration (IMG), system enhancements, and interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Mandatory federal clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing or life sciences industries.
