Description

Lead functional configuration and design of SAP PPDS modules across discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP PPDS solutions, including Shelf-Life Planning, Safety Stock Planning, and MRP Live functions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for review and implementation.
• Configure detailed scheduling scenarios in ePPDS, including setup matrix creation using classes and characteristics.
• Manage integration between planning processes and functional areas such as order to cash, make to deploy, and procure to pay.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, information security, development, and project management teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total SAP experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in the SAP PPDS module with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Expertise in SAP ECC PPDS, Sales and Operational Planning, and Contract Manufacturing processes.
• Experience setting up Make to Stock (MTS) and Make to Order (MTO) planning processes.
• Proven ability to integrate PPDS with IBP, APO, or third-party solutions like KINAXIS.
• Experience working within chemical, medical, or core manufacturing industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of alternate resource scheduling in web or mobile environments.
• Proficiency with Angular.
