S4HANA PPDS consultant is responsible for designing optimizing and transforming endtoend Operational Production Planning Detailed Scheduling and Execution This role is responsible in ensuring the supply chain business processes are scalable efficient and aligned with overall corporate objectives He She should collaborate with SCM Business Process Architect Experts business stakeholders IT teams and supply chain operations ensuring the organizations supply chain is futureready resilient and competitive in a dynamic global marketplace Skills and Qualification Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S4HANA implementation with a focus on PPDS 12 years of cumulative handson work experience in S4HANA PPDS Primarily and PP combined Bachelors degree in supply chain management Business Administration Engineering or related field advanced degrees or professional certifications eg APICS Six Sigma PMP are a plus Packaging CPG Industry expertise is Preferred The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Designing implementing and configuring SAP S4HANA solutions specifically focusing on ePPDS and PP processes This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements designing solutions and ensuring successful implementation and integration Expertise in recommending solution to balance demand and supply optimize resource utilization and respond quickly to changes Lead the implementation of ePPDS and PP modules ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement Proficiency in configuring and customizing ePPDS and PP functionalities in S4HANA Must be Proficient in designing process for Rule based and Optimizing algorithms in the area of Planning and Scheduling Should be expert in CIF integration Data Modelling and Enhancements Configure the S4HANA system to meet the clients requirements including master data setup planning strategies and scheduling Should be proficient in usage and enhancements of SAP Fiori Apps tiles Experience in working on WRICEF objects by collaborating with technical team Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure Ensure seamless integration with SAP IBP and other SAP modules such as Materials Management Sales and Distribution and Warehouse Management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Working Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology projects SAP certifications preferred
