Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plan to Produce (Pl2PR) processes, specifically focusing on SAP PP and PP/DS modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of production planning, demand management, detailed scheduling, and capacity planning solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications through stakeholder workshops and process assessments.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables as the lead consultant for SAP PP/DS implementations.
• Configure master data, production versions, heuristics, MRP, and PP/DS algorithms to optimize production schedules.
• Integrate PP/DS with SAP S/4HANA and other modules including MM, SD, QM, WM, APO, and SCM.
• Direct data migration efforts for master and transactional data and manage integration with MES and external systems.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production planning issues.
• Conduct end-user training and maintain functional and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP PP and PP/DS configuration and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with full life cycle SAP Plan to Produce (Pl2PR) implementations.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its integration with PP/DS modules.
• Proficiency in Sap S/4hana, Sap Pp, and Pp/ds Configuration.
• Deep knowledge of SAP IS AUTO, APO, and integration with R3 PP.
• Experience with complex Variant Configuration, BoM, and iPPE.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and detailed scheduling in discrete or process industries.
• Ability to work with ABAP developers to design custom enhancements and interfaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in SAP PP and/or SAP PP/DS.
