Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and PP/DS modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and configuration of production planning, demand management, and capacity planning.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through stakeholder workshops and process assessments.
• Configure master data, production versions, heuristics, MRP, and PP/DS algorithms to optimize schedules.
• Integrate PP/DS with SAP S/4HANA and modules including MM, SD, QM, WM, APO, and SCM.
• Manage data migration, integration with MES/external systems, and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP PP and PP/DS configuration and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with full life cycle SAP Plan to Produce (Pl2PR) implementations.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its integration with PP/DS modules.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, and PP/DS configuration.
• Deep knowledge of SAP IS AUTO, APO, and integration with R3 PP.
• Experience with complex Variant Configuration, BoM, and iPPE.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and detailed scheduling in discrete or process industries.
• Ability to work with ABAP developers to design custom enhancements and interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in SAP PP and/or SAP PP/DS.
