Description

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Plan to Produce processes, focusing on Production Planning and PP/DS modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end SAP solutions for demand management, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
• Configure SAP PP and PP/DS modules, including master data, production versions, heuristics, MRP, and PP/DS algorithms.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers on custom enhancements and interfaces.
• Manage full life cycle implementations, including blueprinting, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
• Integrate PP/DS with other modules such as MM, SD, QM, WM, APO, and SCM, as well as external MES systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP PP and PP/DS configuration and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with full life cycle SAP Plan to Produce (Pl2PR) implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with PP/DS.
• Proficiency with SAP modules including MM, QM, APO, and SCM.
• Experience with repetitive equipment manufacturing processes and variant configuration.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, detailed scheduling, and capacity planning.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in SAP PP and/or SAP PP/DS.
• Experience in the automotive domain and knowledge of SAP IS AUTO APO.
