Description

You will act as an SAP PPMES Expert consultant focusing on complex manufacturing and planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and build functional specifications, translating business needs into system build items.
• Guide ABAP developers on solution design and validate solutions using business acumen.
• Review and test architectural decisions concerning MBOMs, routing, and serialization against business requirements.
• Investigate and resolve data migration errors related to master data within BOM/Routing structures.
• Perform multiple test cycles to validate BOMs, Routings, and Orders across the landscape.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of experience as an SAP PPMES Expert consultant.
• Expert configuration knowledge in SAP PP, PEO, and QM modules.
• Deep knowledge of Material Requirement Planning and project stock involving WBS elements.
• Hands-on experience with PPMM and PPQM integration, including complex assembly manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Material Master, Bill of Material, and Routing plan configuration and usage.
• Expertise in Serialization and batch management.
• Experience with data migration (LTMC, LSMW, data migration cockpit) from/to SAP/NON-SAP systems.
• Minimum 23 SAP implementation projects in Production Planning and Quality modules.
• Familiarity with S4HANA applications and FIORI applications.
