Description

You will design and implement complex SAP PP and MES solutions for manufacturing environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and build functional specifications for system configuration.
• Guide ABAP developers on solution design and validate technical implementations.
• Review and test architectural decisions for MBOMs, routing, and serialization.
• Investigate and resolve data migration errors in master data structures.
• Perform test cycles to validate BOMs, Routings, and Orders across the landscape.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of experience as an SAP PP/MES Expert consultant.
• Expert configuration knowledge in SAP PP, PEO, and QM modules.
• Deep knowledge of Material Requirement Planning and project stock with WBS elements.
• Hands-on experience with PPMM and PPQM integration for complex assembly manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Material Master, Bill of Material, and Routing plan configuration.
• Expertise in Serialization and batch management.
• Experience with data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, Data Migration Cockpit).
• Minimum 23 SAP implementation projects in Production Planning and Quality modules.
• Familiarity with S4HANA and FIORI applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S4 Data Migration Cockpit and SAP Data Services.
