Description

You will configure and implement SAP PP/MES solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and build functional specifications for SAP PP/PEO/QM modules.
• Translate business requirements into processes and define build items from a development perspective.
• Guide ABAP developers on solutions and validate functionality with business acumen.
• Perform multiple test cycles to validate BOM, ROUTING, and Orders across the landscape.
• Review and test architectural decisions related to MBOMs, routing, and serialization against business needs.

Required Skills

• 10-20 years of experience as an SAP consultant.
• Expert configuration knowledge in SAP PP/PEO/QM modules.
• Hands-on experience with PP-MM and PP-QM integration.
• Deep knowledge of Serialization and batch management.
• Proficiency in Material Requirement Planning and project stock with WBS involvement.
• Experience gathering requirements and building functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Material Master, Bill of Material, and Routing configuration.
• Experience with 'product rework/rework from stock' and MRO processes.
• Experience with SAP implementation projects in Production Planning and Quality modules.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to FIORI and S4HANA applications.
• Familiarity with SAP CAMS (Complex Assembly Manufacturing System).
• Experience using LTMC, LSMW, or Data Migration Cockpit for master/transactional data migration.
