You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Production Execution within large-scale process manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle S/4HANA implementations focusing on Production Execution and manufacturing integration.
• Stabilize and optimize high-volume manufacturing environments by resolving P1/P2 issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Translate complex production process requirements into technical SAP configurations or custom developments.
• Manage multiple concurrent rollout streams and facilitate cross-functional workshops.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide executive-level status reporting to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of hands-on SAP PP-PI or PP-PB implementation and support experience.
• At least 3 full life-cycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or major re-implementation).
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production (PP-PI/PP-PB) and Enterprise Quality Management (QM/EQM).
• Strong configuration skills in Process Orders, Production Version determination, rate routing, and backflushing.
• Technical proficiency in ABAP interfacing, including user exits, BADIs, and BAPIs.
• Experience with IDoc/ALE for quality and logistics interfaces (MATMAS, BATCH_UPDATE, SHPMNT05).
• Integration knowledge involving SAP CPI, Plant Maintenance (PM), and eWM.
• Expertise in batch management, formula management, hazardous goods, and traceability.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and cGMP.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA data modeling, CDS Views, and performance tuning using SQL trace or ST05.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MI).
