>> Lead SAP PP-PI -related fit-to-standard workshops, requirement gathering, and solution validation where required supported by Implementation Lead in Manufacturing.

>> AMS Operations Manage SLA and KPI compliance. Handle incident, problem, change, and service request processes as per ITIL.
